Neil comes from a background as a dispensing audiologist in private practice.

His clinical experience, combined with a strong history of representation in Australian and professional organisations, has led him to drive EARtrak into the international marketplace.

Neil is a visionary strategist and a passionate supporter of enabling hearing service providers to deliver quality outcomes for their clients.

Susan Clutterbuck OAM

Vice President Research & Clinical Studies

With a career in audiology spanning nearly 50 years, Sue is committed to the need for professional accountability for delivering the highest standard of hearing care.

Her work in independent audiological practice has led to the development of EARtrak as a tool for hearing care clinics to work towards delivering these standards.

Sue has been a speaker at the American Academy of Audiology, European Union of Hearing Aid Acousticians, New Zealand Audiological Society, Audiology Australia (previously Audiological Society of Australia), Independent Audiologist Australia (previously Australian Association of Audiologists in Private Practice), Australian College of Audiology (ACAud), Better Hearing Australia and Hearing Aid Audiometrists Society of Australia.

She has authored and co-authored publications in professional magazines and peer-reviewed journals, and her work has been cited in audiology texts.

Sue has been awarded the Outstanding Service Award of IAA, Life Membership of IAA, Outstanding Service Award of Audiology Australia, and is a founding member and Fellow of ACAud.

Her lifelong committment to services for the deaf and hard of hearing was recognised with the awarding of the Medal of the Order of Australia 2020.

Office Manager

Leah Trewern

Leah has a background in finance administration having worked within the healthcare industry for 13 years. She has been with EARtrak since March 2017.

Leah is responsible for answering emails, data entry, sending invoices and statements, generating progress and practice reports, looking after the website as well as general office duties.
